日本静冈地方裁判所26日对“袴田事件”当事人袴田岩作出无罪判决。
审判长在判决开头认定，证据“五件血衣”与袴田所作供述的自愿性均系搜查机关捏造，不能因此判断袴田系犯人。
此次是日本时隔35年第五次对死刑案件进行再审，前四次再审案件的当事人均被宣告无罪。
