臺灣公民，遍地開花，不畏強權，沒有討論，不是民主。
一、沒有討論，不是民主：國民兩黨以國會改革之名行黑箱作業之實，在全體民眾及法律學者甚至立委皆未了解法案的情況下，強行通過法案，漠視自由民主憲政體制及公民權益。
二、海外串連，遍地開花：此次行動以英國倫敦為發源，呼籲全球臺灣公民群起行動，共同守護臺灣民主，塑造國際壓力展示公民社會力量，終止國會濫權行為。
三、內憂外患，抵制中共：中共軍事演習擾臺頻繁，並透過臺灣在地企業及政黨滲透臺灣自由民主憲政體制。在國際上，中共不斷打壓矮化臺灣主權，且多次阻撓臺灣參與世界衛生組織。
