▎澳大利亚电子安全监管机构对Telegram审核机制的调查
近日，澳大利亚eSafety监管部门公布了一份关于互联网平台反恐及极端暴力内容管理的透明度报告，其中指出即时通讯软件Telegram在规定期限内未及时回应政府发布的信息披露通知，因此遭到了95.7万澳元的罚款。尽管Telegram在逾期五个月后提交了部分信息，但其延迟回应的做法已影响监管部门对平台安全性的及时监督。

在用户举报的处理速度方面，Telegram相对较慢，处理个人和秘密聊天中的举报平均需18小时，处理群聊和频道则需15小时，凸显平台在响应速度和应对紧急安全风险方面的不足。
