I believe no kind of anger, whatsoever, has an outside reason; it is simply not possible. Every issue that triggers the anger inside each individual is the result of an unresolved and suppressed issue hidden deep inside the psyche.

One main purpose of life for human beings could be mentioned as reaching such heights of personal clarity and pureness that could either reach godlikeness or shorten the path of reincarnation –getting closer to the end of one’s life cycle and returning back inside the creator. Therefore, attaining the power over oneself in order to look within, without any judgement and resentment, searching for the supressed issue and its solution is just one tool and one step on the path of finding the key to the Universe.

“So what if i stood in front of you and yelled the harshest words directed at you and your loved ones? What if I started slaughtering your family right in front of you? Would your anger still be personal?”
one might ask.

Seneca says we should not put high value on things given to us by life that could be taken away any second in a blink; it is in this technique that we can strengthen our soul against the harsh waves of life and its inevitable circumstances. Somethings are just not in our power to control.

We either burnout from the pointless fight against Nature and its path, or we accept the range of our power over things.
