新聞第壹網絡電視台[非牟利團隊]（簡稱：TVE新壹電視；英文：News No.1 television Network stations [non-profit]）成立於2015年5月，是民間非牟利團隊網絡傳媒。主要面向東南亞國家華人觀眾，次要目標是香港、台灣、澳門等亞洲國家觀眾。以繁體華文製作為主，英文及簡體中文為輔助，主要關注各類新聞及重大事件。
前身是2005年8月成立的Channel壹網絡廣播電視台，是娛樂節目製作單位。
