❤️‍🩹Shura Ryazantseva, a former stylist, activist of the Revolution of Dignity and a defender with the call sign ‘Yalta’, was killed by the Russians on the frontline. The woman joined the ranks of the territorial defence at the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

💭"She is so fragile, in fact, and she has been fighting at the front since the beginning of the invasion. She really wanted a family, to get married and have a child. She also wanted to see Crimea free. Because she is ‘Yalta’,’ said her sister Valeria Ryazantseva.

In March 2014, Shura, along with other activists, was detained while trying to enter Crimea. At the time, the group was trying to bring letters and flags to support the Ukrainian military. Shura and her comrades spent five days in captivity, where she was beaten, abused and mock executed.
