该方法基于联邦学习，在CDN服务器与多个本地节点间联合建立PCDN业务识别全局模型，并结合个性化特征数据训练识别个性化模型，从而精准识别PCDN业务用户。该技术通过多轮次加密数据聚合，确保数据安全性与识别准确性，为CDN运营商提供高效、智能的PCDN业务管理手段。
此外，此技术能够通过业务授权白名单放行已备案PCDN业务。
