III ежегодный Книжный фестиваль стал одним из самых ярких, самобытных, интересных культурных событий в Волгограде. Его пример наглядно показывает, как здорово можно влиять на продвижение культуры чтения. Сегодня только за первый час работы фестиваля его посетили 1300 человек.
