融创回应“清盘呈请”：系单个债权人的激进行为，不影响公司经营和债务重组推进
市场消息显示，有债权人在香港法院提交对融创的清盘呈请。对此，融创方面回应华尔街见闻称，截至目前，尚未接到清盘呈请。融创方面表示，本次清盘行为是单个债权人的激进行为，债权人持有金额占比极小。针对其未通过信托行而直接发起清盘呈请的法律有效性也有待论证和法院聆讯，公司将采取一切措施抗辩。此清盘呈请不会对公司的生产运营和推进债务重组工作造成实质性影响。华尔街见闻了解到，融创现阶段已开始与债权人小组顾问积极沟通初步重组方案，目前很大部分债权人对公司通过债务重组表示支持，公司计划在2022年年内对外公布重组方案。
