Мужчин, которые намеревались незаконно пересечь границу, обнаружили пограничники на горных участках.

Покорять горные вершины украинско-румынской границы на этом направлении собирались жители Харьковщины, Запорожья, Ровенщины и два жителя Киевщины.

За организацию своих походов мужчины должны были заплатить от 4 до 8 тысяч долларов каждый. В настоящее время оперативники отряда устанавливают круг лиц, причастных к противоправной деятельности.
