🔺بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که فرآیند ثبت‌نام برای کارت المثنی در مراکز پلیس ۱۰+ به کندی پیش می‌رود و کارمندان این مراکز از صدور این کارت سوخت‌ها تا بیش از ۲ ماه آینده خبر می‌دهند. 🔺وزارت نفت مکلف بود کاری کند که تا پایان ۶ ماه اول امسال برای کاهش قاچاق سوخت حداقل ۹۰ درصد خودروها از کارت‌های سوخت خودشان استفاده کنند. 🔺اما حال به‌نظر می‌رسد بزرگ‌ترین مانع این امر نه مدت زمان تولید کارت سوخت توسط وزارت نفت بلکه مدت زمان فرآیند ثبت‌نام در مراکز پلیس ۱۰+ و تحویل کارت توسط پست است که باعث شده کارتی که به گفتۀ مدیر شرکت پخش ۲ روزه تولید می‌شود بعد از ۲ ماه هم به دست مردم نرسد. @Akhbar_montakhab

In January alone, Telegram reported 90 million new accounts. Its founder, Pavel Durov, described this as “the largest digital migration in human history.” Signal reportedly doubled its user base to 40 million people and became the most downloaded app in 70 countries. The two services rely on encryption to protect the privacy of user communication, which has made them popular with protesters seeking to conceal their identities against repressive governments in places like Belarus, Hong Kong, and Iran. But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
