قرر مجلس الخدمه اعطاء صلاحية فتح الاستمارة لخريجي ذو مهن الصحية والطبية دفعة ٢١ المشمولين بقانون ٦ لسنة ٢٠٠٠ الى وزارة الصحة العراقية
وتكون موعد المباشرة بعد موازنة ٢٠٢٢.
