ئەوەی خەمی تۆیەتی تەنها خۆتی
واز لە گرینگی پێدانی ئەم و ئەو بێنە.!

Sleep doesn't give you rest
If your soul is tired
خەوتنیش پشووت پێ نادەت
گەر رووحت ماندوو بێ.!

You reach a stage where you can no longer tell whether you
are good or used to it
ئەگەیتە قۆناغێک کە ئیدی ناتوانی جیایی بکەیتەوە کە باش بوویت یان ڕاهاتوویت.!

There are some sorrows that just have to Grow old with their gifts
هەندێ خەم هەیە تەنها دەبێ
بە دیاریانەوە پیر بیت.!

The passage of time doesnt make things better It's us whose hearts die and we don't feel anything
تێپەڕبوونی کات شتەکان باش ناکات ئەوە ئێمەین کە دڵمان ئەمرێت و
هەست بە هیچ ناکەین.!

The joys could no
longer make us happy
دڵخۆشیەکانیش توانای
دڵخۆشکردنی ئێمەیان نەما.!

There are some thoughts that tire your soul instead of your mind
هەندێک بیرکردنەوە هەیە لە بری مێشکت ڕۆحت ماندوو ئەکات.!

Worse than suffering is that
You couldn't tell anyone
about your pain
خراپتر لە رۆح کێشان ئەوەیە
نە توانی دەردەکت بۆ کەس باس بکەی.!

It's true that some things hurt you, but they teach you too much good Don't be a child
ڕاستە هەندێک شت ئازارات ئەدەن بەڵام فێرت دەکەن زیاد لە ڕادە باش و
ساویلکە نەبیت.!

Showing that I'm good is a lie
It has never been an easy task
دەرخستنی ئەوەی باشم بەدرۆ
هەرگیز کارێکی ئاسان نەبووە.!

Nothing surprising anymore
No, everything has faded
ئیتر هیچ شتێک سەر سوڕهێنەر
نییە هەموو شتێک کاڵ بۆتەوە

Today, like all other days, only
It remains a routine fatigue, nothing new
ئەمرۆش وەک تەواوی ڕۆژەکانی تر تەنها
ماندوو بونێکی ڕۆتینی مایەوە هیچی
نوێ بوونی نییە.!

No night, no sleep, nothing
They weren't fair to my life
نە شەو نە خەو هیچیان
داتپەروەر نەبوون بۆ ژیانم.!

Everything passed however
Nothing was forgotten
هەموو شتێک تێپەڕی بەڵام
هیچ شتێک لەبیر نەکرا

Understanding is deeper than knowing. There are many people who know you but very few
That they understand you
تێگەیشتن قووڵترە لە زانین زۆر کەس هەن کە تۆ دەناسن بەلام زۆر کەمن
کە لە تۆ تێدەگەن

I may not cry but I hurt. I may not say anything but I feel it. I may not show anything but I taste it
