❰ هل يفسد الصوم برجوع القيء بغير اختيار ؟ ❱

📌 السؤال:
فضيلة الشيخ، أصبت بفشل كلوي خلال شهر رمضان الماضي، وقد صمته ولله الحمد، ولكن في بعض الأيام يأتيني قيء شديد إلى درجة أنه يرجع إلى جوفي مرة أخرى، سؤالي: هل يكون صومي صحيحاً أم لا؟

✅ الجواب:
صوم هذا السائل صحيح؛ لأن هذا القيء بغير اختياره، وقد سمعتم أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: «من ذرعه القيء فلا قضاء عنه». وإذا رجع منه شيء إلى الجوف بغير اختيار الإنسان فلا شيء عليه؛ لأن من شروط المفطرات: أن تكون عن قصد.
