بانک جهانی در گزارش اخیر خود اعلام کرده است که دهقانان افغانستان که با دستور رئیس طالبان اجازه کشت کوکنار را نیافته اند اکنون با مشکل نبود کشت بدیل روبه رو هستند.
این دهقانان تاکنون بیش از یک میلیارد دالر درآمد خود را از دست داده اند.
