کم بودن پریودت و حتی اگه نامنظم بشه بخاطر تنبای تخمدان و پلی کیستیک بودن هست باید تنبلی تخمدانتون کنترل بشه و اگه وزنتون بالا یا چربی شکم و پهلو زیاد باید کمش کنید
