Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrative Assistant for our Adama Office . The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a degree in IT or Accounting and possess excellent communication skills in English, Amharic, And Oromifa. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the customer service team.
2. Communicate effectively with customers in English, Amharic, or Oromifa.
3. Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
5. Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
Fluent in English, and proficient in Amharic And Oromifa.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Age must be greater than 24.
