外资机构持续看好中国资产，富达国际、高盛、摩根士丹利等纷纷发声支持中国股市投资价值。受益于AI技术发展、政策红利及企业业绩提升，中国资本市场吸引力增强。范达集团旗下的范达私募基金管理（上海）有限公司近期完成私募基金管理人登记，显示外资加速布局中国市场。

However, analysts are positive on the stock now. “We have seen a huge downside movement in the stock due to the central electricity regulatory commission’s (CERC) order that seems to be negative from 2014-15 onwards but we cannot take a linear negative view on the stock and further downside movement on the stock is unlikely. Currently stock is underpriced. Investors can bet on it for a longer horizon," said Vivek Gupta, director research at CapitalVia Global Research.
