Председатель комиссии по финансовой безопасности Совета Торгово-промышленной палаты РФ Тимур Аитов прокомментировал отказ двух китайских банков принимать платежи из России. Это Ping An Bank и Bank of Ningbo.
По словам председателя, Китай заменит крупное сотрудничество между банками в пользу небольших. В частности, крупные банки с расчетами в США продолжат выходить из финансовых отношений, пока доллары и евро, с которыми они работают, будут иметь вес и свою цену.
По этой причине продолжать работу с россиянами будут небольшие банки, которые по-прежнему обеспечивают все внутренние расчеты в Китае.
