🔺Квартир экспонировалось 13 200 (+1,5% за месяц, -24,0% за год) и 2 000 — апартаментов (-2,6% за месяц, -37,5% за год).
🔺В мае 2025 года на рынке массовых новостроек не стартовал ни один проект. Средневзвешенная цена квадратного метра составила 352 220 рублей (+0,5% за месяц, +2,5% за год).
