جشنواره‌ای از رنگ و رقص و شور و شادی، در دل ایرانی که مردمانش سال‌هاست زیر فشارهای گوناگون روزگار را می‌گذرانند، اما نوروز را به نماد نوزایی و امید به تغییر، همیشه زنده نگه داشته‌اند.
