И так начну с того, что у меня депрессия, и «Алекситимия». Я хочу просто поддержки от друзей,так как родным боюсь говорить, но ответ друзей когда я им говорю о своих проблемах:«Круто».Всегда такой ответ. Я редко говорю о своих проблемах, если друзья говорят о своих, то я стараюсь хоть как то их поддержать любым способом. Я конечно ценю и люблю своих друзей, Я знаю что они нечего мне не обязаны, Я не заставляю их поддерживать меня, но всë же можно же что-то сказать кроме «Круто», к примеру «Держись, всë будет хорошо». Чувствую к себе какую то апатию. Говорят что бы избавиться от «Алекситимии» лучше обратиться психотерапевту либо селфхарм.Проблема заключается ещë в том что я боюсь идти к психологу/психотерапевту,так как боюсь говорить о своих проблемах, из за моральных травм.
