港鐵表示，天文台已改發三號強風信號，港鐵正逐步加強列車和輕鐵的班次，港鐵巴士亦恢復服務。最新的服務安排，港島綫，將軍澳綫北角至寶琳站約5分鐘一班車，調景嶺至康城站及迪士尼綫約10分鐘一班車，荃灣綫及觀塘綫約4分鐘一班車，其餘南港島綫，屯馬綫，東鐵綫上水至金鐘站則6至8分鐘一班車。機場快綫約每30分鐘一班車。
