长城汽车公布2023年年度报告，显示营收同比增长26.12%，达1732.12亿元，净利润同比下降15.06%，为70.23亿元，海外营收同比增长100.41%，达536.11亿元。销量方面，全年销量123万辆，同比增长15.85%，其中海外销量31.40万辆，同比增长82.37%，新能源汽车销量同比增长113.88%。研发投入110.34亿元，研发人员2.42万人，即将发布CoffeeOS 3和无图全场景NOA。

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
