实际上，不止于网球，很多事情上我们都是“孤独”的，需要随时做好“独自上场”的准备。“独自上场”，才是生活的常态。
前几年听过张潇雨的播客《网球（上）——孤独和它所创造的》，专门介绍网球这项运动，这次奥运会想起来这期节目，只可惜好像这期节目没有下半段了。

At most, planners suggest putting no more than 1% to 10% into Bitcoin if you’re passionate about it. “If it was one stock, you would never allocate any significant portion of your portfolio to it,” Hammel says.
