🧨 腊八是中国传统节日，因在农历十二月初八庆祝而得名。原意是祭祀祖先和神灵，祈求丰收、吉祥和避邪
👀 南宋吴自牧《梦梁录》载：“此月八日，寺院谓之腊八。大刹等寺，俱设五味粥，名曰腊八粥。”
这一天有喝腊八粥的习俗、泡腊八蒜、晒腊八豆腐之说。有句民谣曾经唱到「小孩小孩你别馋，过了腊八就是年」，腊八也算是正式拉开了中国农历传统新年的序幕
