學生計算機年會（SITCON）舉辦的「一小時玩程式」活動，將在12月21日下午1點半於土城樂利國小開課，只要對於程式有興趣的民眾都能免費參加。課程講者許家維介紹，透過2個小時的教學讓參與者認識基礎程式邏輯概念，進而喜歡上程式。「一小時玩程式」是由美國發起的程式體驗活動，過程中透過遊戲方式接觸程式，助教從旁協助一步步指導操作、理解程式的邏輯。SITCON也近年自發性地參與這項國際活動，希望給想入門的民眾有學習平台。
