1 非顾客才是最重要的顾客。非顾客原比现在顾客群体更大。
2 用户不关心你的新功能，而是期待成为更好的自己。
3 要时刻明白你在与谁竞争，比如flomo的竞争对手是文件传输助手。
4 警惕高级用户带来的建议，关注更主流的用户。
5 庙算多者胜。
6 先算账，再动手。AI的边际成本不是为0，所以警惕盲目接入AI功能。eg枯萎技术的水平思考。
7 成本10倍变化的时候，也许是机会所在。

In recent times, Telegram has gained a lot of popularity because of the controversy over WhatsApp’s new privacy policy. In January 2021, Telegram was the most downloaded app worldwide and crossed 500 million monthly active users. And with so many active users on the app, people might get messages in bulk from a group or a channel that can be a little irritating. So to get rid of the same, you can mute groups, chats, and channels on Telegram just like WhatsApp. You can mute notifications for one hour, eight hours, or two days, or you can disable notifications forever.
