EU筹备“芯片法案2.0”：重振欧洲半导体产业
荷兰领导的欧盟九国联盟正筹备"欧洲芯片法案2.0"，原因是2023年版法案因审批流程过慢而未达预期目标。新法案计划今夏提交具体提案，将更有战略性地分配公私资金。
原法案失效导致英特尔和Wolfspeed推迟在欧洲建厂计划。半导体生产商和设备制造商组织ESIA和SEMI Europe已正式呼吁欧盟委员会启动第二轮资金支持，覆盖设计、制造和研发等多领域。

The global forecast for the Asian markets is murky following recent volatility, with crude oil prices providing support in what has been an otherwise tough month. The European markets were down and the U.S. bourses were mixed and flat and the Asian markets figure to split the difference.The TSE finished modestly lower on Friday following losses from the financial shares and property stocks.For the day, the index sank 15.09 points or 0.49 percent to finish at 3,061.35 after trading between 3,057.84 and 3,089.78. Volume was 1.39 billion shares worth 1.30 billion Singapore dollars. There were 285 decliners and 184 gainers.
