Consequentemente, contribuirão a uma alíquota média menor do que a cobrada hoje dos contribuintes.
“Para quem paga imposto, a alíquota vai ficar muito menor do que é hoje”, disse Appy durante debate na Federação das Indústrias do Estado de São Paulo (Fiesp), onde ouviu reclamações pelas exceções da reforma, que elevaram a alíquota base do IVA.
