订婚强奸案维持原判
二审法院认为，上诉人席某某违背被害人意志，强行与之发生性关系的行为构成强奸罪。一审法院认定事实清楚，证据确实、充分，定罪准确，审判程序合法。一审法院考虑到席某某与被害人属恋爱关系，且在被害人一方报警后，经公安机关电话通知，席某某主动到公安机关接受调查，故酌定对其从轻处罚，量刑适当。综上，裁定驳回上诉，维持原判。

Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
