微软旗下的代码托管平台 GitHub 目前因未知原因已屏蔽所有中国 IP 地址，对于当前已经处于登录状态的用户来说仍然可以访问，如果尚未登录则在访问时提示 IP 对该站点的访问已被限制。
当然实际上是否屏蔽中国 IP 地址本身也没有太大的意义，主要是中国 IP 地址本身就无法直接访问 GitHub，原本是单向无法访问，现在变成双向无法访问。在 GitHub Community 官方社区中已经有关于这个问题的讨论，大量开发者反馈遇到相同的问题，不过暂时还没有 GitHub 官方工作人员发布回应。

At most, planners suggest putting no more than 1% to 10% into Bitcoin if you’re passionate about it. “If it was one stock, you would never allocate any significant portion of your portfolio to it,” Hammel says.
