Ростовские компании оштрафовали на 396 млн рублей за сговор на торгах по ремонту дорог
Как сообщает ФАС, «Таганрогское ДСУ» и ООО «Ростовавтодорстрой» — выплатили в бюджет 396,2 млн рублей штрафа за участие в картельном сговоре при торгах на ремонт и содержание дорог в ЮФО.
Нарушение касалось 121 процедуры на сумму около 24 млрд рублей. Это подтвердил Арбитражный суд Москвы, который подтвердил правомерность решения ФАС.
