1 非顾客才是最重要的顾客。非顾客原比现在顾客群体更大。
2 用户不关心你的新功能，而是期待成为更好的自己。
3 要时刻明白你在与谁竞争，比如flomo的竞争对手是文件传输助手。
4 警惕高级用户带来的建议，关注更主流的用户。
5 庙算多者胜。
6 先算账，再动手。AI的边际成本不是为0，所以警惕盲目接入AI功能。eg枯萎技术的水平思考。
7 成本10倍变化的时候，也许是机会所在。
