涉中大遊行案串謀發表煽動文字 兩少年被控下周五提堂
【頭條日報】2020年11月中大遊行案，警方國安處今日（2日）以《刑事罪行條例》第9、10、159A及159C條，落案起訴兩名分別17歲姓沈及19歲姓唐男子合共一項「串謀發表煽動文字」罪。
唐因涉及其他案件，目前正於塘福懲教所服刑，而沈則扣留在觀塘警署；2人將於下周五（11日）上午在西九龍裁判法院提堂。
2020年11月中文大學舉行網上畢業禮，期間有近百人在校園內遊行，不滿校方取消實體畢業禮，有人懷疑展示包括「光時」等涉及「港獨」橫額及旗幟。當時亦是疫情爆發之時，中文大學除了報警外，亦即時表示強烈讉責。警方國安處經調查後，先後拘捕9名男子，年齡介乎16至34歲。（全文）

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
