نفقةُ المرأة المطلقة أو التي توفِّيَ عنها زوجها تكون على الأولياء، (الإبن البالغ، إبن الإبن، الأب، الأخ، إبن الأخ، الجد، العم ثم إبنه). فإذا تمَلَّصَ هؤلاء أو كانوا لا يَقدِرون على ذلك، فإن النفقة تكون مِن بيت مال المسلمين.
