Storia di un Incontro inedito: “ Gin Lucius e Formaggio”

Un amico mi ha fatto conoscere un Gin particolare “Lucius” , ottenuto distillando essenze botaniche piemontesi e gorgonzola!!! E’ un distillato di territorio e prodotti tipici … l’ho provato e la mia personale opinione è che si può gustare da meditazione da solo (con moderazione ovviamente) ma anche abbinato ad un formaggio tipo grana minimo 20 mesi di stagionatura ed al cioccolato ( 70% di cacao) 😉

Lucius si ispira nel nome a San Lucio protettore dei casari 🧀🧀🧀 🙌
