طبلي رجال للصيدلية و گال مرتي حامل و ما تنام الليل لان عدها گحه قوية ، اريدلها علاج زين
تحدد نوع ال cough اول ومن ثم تعطي :
a - Diphenhydramine (allermine) for dry cough
b - Bromhexine ( Solvodine) for productive cough
2 - Allergic rhinitis 🤧
حامل عدها حساسية و عُطاس و احتقان بالانف و عالگ الجو عدها و تريد دوه ،
اعالجها واني متطمن ب :
- Nasal decongestant : Normal saline
- Inhaled corticosteroids : Budesonide (Rhinocort) used for short periods
- Systemically by antihistamine such as
( diphenhydramine , dimenhydrinate,
Loratidine , Cetirizine , Cyclizine )
3 - Antibiotics 💊
المُضادات الحيوية التي تعطى بأمان للحامل هي :
- Penicillins belong to the antibiotics of choice during pregnancy including :
• Amoxicillin
• Co-amoxiclave (augmentin)
- Like penicillins , cephalosporins belong to the antibiotics of choice during pregnancy including :
• cefotaxime ( Claforan)
• cephalexin ( Keflex)
• Ceftriazone ( Roxif )
• Ceftazidime ( Fortaz , Tazicuf )
• Cefazolin ( Ancif , Kefzol )
• Cefuroxime ( Zamur)
- Macrolides : Erythromycin
- Nitrofurantoin (Uvamin) which is category B
but Contraindicated in 3rd trimester
used mainly for UTI
ذني كلهن safe خلال طول فترة الحمل ( category B ) مع ذلك لا يُفضل اعطاء المُضادات الحيوية في

4- Antivirals 👾
The safest antiviral agent for pregnancies is Acyclovir
5 - Headache and fever 🤒🌡
يُعالج تبعاً لل severity مالته كالتالي :
- Paracetamol
- NSAIDs in 1st and 2nd semesters
but avoided in the 3rd trimester including : ( Ibuprofen , Diclofenac , Ketoprofen )
6 - Tooth ache 😬🦷
اغلب الحوامل يعانون من الاَم بالاسنان لان الطفل خلال نموه يسحب جزء كبير من كالسيوم الام المتركز بالعظام و الاسنان علمود نمو عظامه ، فتعالج بالاتي :
- Lidocaine as a local Anesthetic agent
- NSAIDs such as ( Ibuprofen , Diclofenc )
- Mefenamic acid ( Ponstan ) is (category C) prescribed only in very painful tooth ache conditions or by doctors
