سپس میکروارگانیسمها را در فاصله 2 تا 3 میلیمتری از لبه دیسک تلقیح کنید.
در نهایت پلیت را یک شب در دمای 35 درجه سانتیگراد در انکوباتور CO2 انکوبه کنید.
