آمار یکی از اصلی ترین زیربناهای علم داده و مدلسازی است. اهمیت آمار به حدی است که بدون دانستن آن یادگیری مفاهیم هوش مصنوعی و یادگیری ماشین تقریبا محال است! در پست های قبل در خصوص تابع Descibe در پانداس صحبت کرده بودیم. ( کار این تابع محاسبه خصوصیات اصلی داده ها مانند میانگین، واریانس و چارک هاست) یکی دیگر از توابع بسیار کاربردی Pandas برای توصیف داده ها ، تابع aggregate یا به اختصار agg است. به کمک این تابع می توانید سایر خصوصیات مهم داده ها ، مانند میانه و مد ، حداکثر و حداقل، جمع کل ، انحراف معیار و ... را محاسبه کنید. در تصویر مربوط به این پست یک دیتاست فرضی ایجاد می شود و متغیرهای اصلی آمار توصیفی برای آن محاسبه می شود.
