Верх-Исетский районный суд Екатеринбурга вынес приговор председателю свердловского отделения Союза десантников по делу о посредничестве во взяточничестве, 3 эпизода. Осужденному было назначено 9 лет колонии строгого режима и 25 млн рублей штрафа (прокуратура запрашивала 10 лет колонии и 30 млн рублей штрафа).
Т. был задержан в ноябре 2021 года. Но разбирательство прервали из-за участия фигуранта в СВО. Там Евгений получил ранение и медаль «За храбрость» II степени.
По возвращении из зоны спецоперации судебный процесс был завершен. При вынесении приговора суд учел поправки к Уголовному и Уголовно-процессуальному кодексу об особенностях уголовной ответственности лиц, привлекаемых к участию в специальной военной операции.

This also means you won’t have a quick way to save incoming stickers like you did on WhatsApp, so you’ll have to forward them from one chat to the other.
However, analysts are positive on the stock now. “We have seen a huge downside movement in the stock due to the central electricity regulatory commission’s (CERC) order that seems to be negative from 2014-15 onwards but we cannot take a linear negative view on the stock and further downside movement on the stock is unlikely. Currently stock is underpriced. Investors can bet on it for a longer horizon," said Vivek Gupta, director research at CapitalVia Global Research.
