根据美国宪法第22修正案，总统最多只能担任两届。特朗普声称，存在一些“方法”可以让他实现这一目标，并明确表示他“不是在开玩笑”，有很多人希望他这样做。但目前还有很长的路要走，考虑这个问题还为时尚早。
NBC询问了一种可能的情况，即副总统万斯竞选总统，然后将职位传给特朗普。特朗普回应说那是一种方法，但还有其他特朗普不愿透露的方法。

Because as of right now Telegram looks like a liberal application that can accept anyone - right after WhatsApp and others have turn on the censorship,” he says.
