▎沖繩時事：台灣海船或於排他性經濟水域內實施海洋勘探
本月15日，第11管區海上保安本部（那霸市）宣佈他們在沖繩縣波照間島西南約81公里洋面的日本排他性經濟水域（EEZ）內發現有台灣的海洋勘探船向海中放置線纜。
據11管所述，當日上午11時40分，其確認台灣之海洋勘探船於該海域活動。下午4時45分，海上保安廳巡視船向該勘探船發出活動終止請求，稱未經日本政府許可，外國海船不得在該水域進行勘探活動。該船於5分鐘後離開日本EEZ。

These are definitely a minor portion of the market considering there are hundreds of stocks that have turned multibagger since 2020. What went wrong with these stocks? Reasons vary from corporate governance, sectoral weakness, company specific and so on. But the more important question is, are these stocks worth buying?
