亚马逊收购 Rivian 股份数量曝光
去年亚马逊宣佈入股电动货卡公司 Rivian，然而当时却未有透露斥资金额。但彭博社最新透过 SEC 的披露文件中发现，截至 9 月 30 日为止，亚马逊拥有价值 38 亿美元的 Rivian 优先股，佔该公司约 20% 之多，价值较 2020 年年底的 27 亿美元提升过来。
