国际科研团队通过动物实验发现，治疗高血压的药物氨氯地平能显著缓解注意力缺陷多动障碍（多动症）的症状，可能成为更有效、更安全的多动症治疗药物。研究人员测试了5种候选药物，只有氨氯地平能显著减轻实验鼠过度活跃的症状，并在斑马鱼测试中减少多动和冲动行为。氨氯地平能通过血脑屏障，直接影响大脑功能。
