鞍钢宪法实现了工人民主吗？
鞍钢宪法常常被作为毛时代中国存在真正的工人民主的佐证，受到毛主义者的颂扬。但“两参一改三结合”的企业管理方针看似是在强调工人民主的中心思想，但工人的权利始终被牢牢限定在“技术革新、技术革命”的框架中，没有一个字提到生产的决策权，更不用说政治民主。对于工人们来说，一切牺牲和物质的匮乏都是应该的，既要摒弃“可耻”的个人主义，又要努力工作、奉献自己。主观性的烈焰再炽热，在冰冷贫乏的物质事实面前也是要熄灭的。鞍钢宪法包裹着美妙的糖衣，内里却是对生产的最末端极其吝啬的让步。一旦遇到官僚与工人之间不可逾越的权力沟壑，鞍宪就失去了它全部的效力。

Telegram has exploded as a hub for cybercriminals looking to buy, sell and share stolen data and hacking tools, new research shows, as the messaging app emerges as an alternative to the dark web.An investigation by cyber intelligence group Cyberint, together with the Financial Times, found a ballooning network of hackers sharing data leaks on the popular messaging platform, sometimes in channels with tens of thousands of subscribers, lured by its ease of use and light-touch moderation.
However, analysts are positive on the stock now. “We have seen a huge downside movement in the stock due to the central electricity regulatory commission’s (CERC) order that seems to be negative from 2014-15 onwards but we cannot take a linear negative view on the stock and further downside movement on the stock is unlikely. Currently stock is underpriced. Investors can bet on it for a longer horizon," said Vivek Gupta, director research at CapitalVia Global Research.
