欧盟通过首轮对美关税反制措施，对美加征25%关税
欧盟成员国投票通过首轮对美关税反制措施，将对部分美国产品征收最高25%的关税，以回应美方此前对欧盟钢铝产品加征关税。首轮反制将于4月15日生效，涉及商品总值约210亿欧元。欧盟委员会指出，美方关税毫无道理，严重损害全球经济，欧方愿通过谈判寻求公平、平衡的解决方案，并表示若美方愿意协商，相关反制措施可随时停止。
