🔺Это связано с ростом предложения и выходом на рынок долгосрочной аренды квартир из массового сегмента, в том числе нераспроданной вторичной недвижимости.
Медианная ставка долгосрочной аренды по всем типам комнатности в миллионниках в мае составила 34 000 рублей.
🔺В тройку лидеров по падению цен с начала года вошли Волгоград (-18,1%; до 25 000 рублей), Ростов-на-Дону (-12,2%; до 30 000 рублей) и Челябинск (-12,2%; до 26 000 рублей).

And as different people update it, your copy also gets updated.”
