欧盟成员国投票通过首轮对美关税反制措施，将对部分美国产品征收最高25%的关税，以回应美方此前对欧盟钢铝产品加征关税。首轮反制将于4月15日生效，涉及商品总值约210亿欧元。欧盟委员会指出，美方关税毫无道理，严重损害全球经济，欧方愿通过谈判寻求公平、平衡的解决方案，并表示若美方愿意协商，相关反制措施可随时停止。

Using a volatile asset in exchange for goods and services makes little sense if the asset can tumble 10% in a day, or surge 80% over the course of a two months as bitcoin has done in 2021, critics argue. To put a finer point on it, over the past 12 months bitcoin has registered 8 corrections, defined as a decline from a recent peak of at least 10% but not more than 20%, and two bear markets, which are defined as falls of 20% or more, according to Dow Jones Market Data.
