Главное-не останавливаться, даже если вес стоит почти месяц, нужно просто продолжать. Сил и энергии становится меньше, но все возвращается как только видишь такой результат, и вроде все не зря. Мой мозг придумывает тысячу отговорок. Миллион. Я постоянно борюсь с мыслями.
